Due to the nature of vape products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos for verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened vape products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
